Just curious what this site is??????? What benefits can my son get form this site????

The TRUE Recruits site will be a great tool for both of you to pick up general and selected information on high school sports. We have opened these forums to everyone so our high school athletes can both communicate with one another and to obtain information on showcases, colleges, and other events that you may be interested in attending. The website will also be open to college scouts and recruiters where they will have the ability to search through all of our athletes for recruiting purposes as well.

Have your son create a player profile, everything is completely FREE (player profiles and the forums), and continue to maintain it with up to date stats and showcase results. We will continue to add as much information to the site as we can obtain and we will also permit a select few of our athletes with an opportunity to join our TRUE Reporters group. These individuals will have the opportunity to showcase their abilities on the field and through personal blogs we will post on the site.

Front page is looking good. I like the new setup and look forward to helping out our athletes. Are you guys going to allow some individuals to write articles on events or anything of that nature?

How do other sites go about getting true "national rankings" for high school sports. They have to have some serious doubters when it comes to believing the fact that a real national ranking system could ever work for high school sports. The football season is too short, and likely with a lack of talent from some states, to even post a power house ranking system. Basketball would come as close to success as possible as many prep teams have now begun going out of state on trips which is fantastic for fans like myself and most other sports just don't have a travel budget at the high school level to compete with other nationally "ranked" teams.

It would be fantastic to take the state champion programs from each state, or at least 15-20 power states and throw together a "national" tournament at the end of the season. I would fly in to wherever the event was held that is for certain. Watching quality high school athletes is what it's all about!

You should message the TRUE username as that is the site administrators handle. They are quite quick with emails as well.

Just a quick update on True Recruits and how we are doing. We have recently tallied up the profile pages on the site and have found that we have profiles reaching 33 different states and Canada in just about 2 months time. The word is out and we are continuing to work with several programs to increase our exposure with collegiate programs across the country. Don't forget you can invite your friends through the INVITE link on the home page and add them as your friend once they finalize their profile page.
